How much time do I need to commit each week?

In an average week you can expect to dedicate between 1.5 and 2 hours to Practice-Change. More specifically:

The one-hour group coaching calls, plus a few minutes each week to engage with the on-line community.

30 minutes to do the practice-change method on your own, share your change in the community space, and provide supportive commentary to your peers.

One-hour speaker presentations occur approximately two / month are optional but also encouraged.

How does the group coaching work?

Each week we work through the Practice-Change method in breakout rooms of two. We rejoin as a group to discuss insights with Lorraine facilitating additional, personalized feedback. Calls begin and end with a somatic alignment practice.

What if I'm not sure what changes I'm working on?

Lots of folks are in flux right now! The change-maker space is experiencing turbulence just like many other sectors.

There’s no “right” level of change — from global issues to hyper-local programs, from large group efforts to personal changes. This program helps you get clear on what to change now, and how to make those changes come true.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll receive an automated payment receipt as confirmation of your place in the program. You will also receive a Welcome email with guidance on how to get started.
