In an average week you can expect to dedicate between 1.5 and 2 hours to Practice-Change. More specifically:
- The one-hour group coaching calls, plus a few minutes each week to engage with the on-line community.
- 30 minutes to do the Practice-Change method on your own, share your change in the community space, and provide supportive commentary to your peers.
- One-hour speaker presentations occur approximately two/month and are optional but also encouraged to attend live or view the recording.
